Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Are you aware of how Papa Murphy's works?-- You order your pizza and you pick it up and it's all assembled, but you need to cook it. However, their pizzas are very tasty and it only takes 10 to 15 minutes for it to be ready to eat. The pizza I got was very tasty and it would serve at least four people. In fairness, I had a coupon for a free large pizza; "Free" always tastes better, but I still would recommend this place to anybody who's looking for a fast turnaround for pizza.

First time ever customers & we stopped there for pizza. My boyfriend placed an order for two pizzas and while we were trying to wait we went to Schnucks to get some shopping done. Once we were done at the store, he went back to get the pizzas, they were UNBAKED! Not once did they say that it was take home & bake pizza, once he tried to return them, the girl that was working rolled her eyes and said that basically they already made them and he couldn’t return them. THEY REALLY NEED TO ADDRESS THAT TO PEOPLE BEFORE THEY PLACE AN ORDER, SUPER MISLEADING! Tried calling them, apparently there is NO manager, & they never apologized, he said “you should’ve said something when you came to get them!” I said “HE DID & TRIED!” the guy that answered the phone was rude, put me on hold and hung up on me. Called back & he said “well if you want a refund, come return the pizzas” A joke, we don’t even live close to make the drive back, super inconvenient, horrible customer service, rude staff & terrible experience all around! Waste of time & money, take your business somewhere else!

Always loved this place pizza amazing but service seems to be dropping. If you are going to close prior to your posted 7pm time, then turn your OPEN light off. And maybe change your hours. Disappointing.

The pizza is good but the service has been extremely slow! Even ordering ahead of time hasn’t worked. We have had to wait over 30 minutes after the pickup time -at least twice lately. Very disappointing!

I worked with Dhari to pre-order over a 100 pizzas for an event. Communication was excellent throughout the process and great customer service at the store. Everyone loved the pizza!
